LOVELL TECHNOLOGIES

Measure foot traffic and trigger actions with

NO APPS & NO BEACONS

Our patented technology allows clients to get advanced foot-traffic analytics by counting smartphones as a proxy to the number of people who are in their location in real-time.

Our customers can also engage with clients by sending them messages to their smartphones while they are in one of their locations.

No apps. No beacons. No SDKs. No logins. No kidding!

HOW IT WORKS

Smartphones release signals

Our sensors detect these signals as a proxy for foot traffic

The data is transferred securely to the Lovell Technologies Cloud for analysis

Key insights are displayed through our dashboard and API

OUR SOLUTION

Real-time

Data is populated within seconds. Metrics around foot traffic and campaign performance are displayed for the present moment. Take immediate action on data that is instant and reliable. Set alerts so that pivotal moments are never missed

Private

Privacy concerns are avoided when putting the customer first. Count new and returning customers by honing in on the mobile device signal, not the individual. Communicate with each customer with authorization and without the hassle for them of installing an app. Our solutions are GDPR-compliant (General Data Protection Regulation) and are EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certified.

Comprehensive

Other retail marketing systems require active Bluetooth. We don’t, because we know that most users turn it off to save batteries. We count all smartphones. Other systems also require people to use specific apps. We don’t, since only a small fraction of shoppers use retailers' apps.

Engaging

Send promotions, coupons, or any content that’s relevant to the customer experience. Anything that can be messaged through SMS can be sent through the Lovell Technologies system. Today’s consumers prefer text messaging over all other forms of communication. Now is the time for brick-and-mortar stores to speak their language.
